Here is a sample of dishes from our In-store Tastings. Bon Appetit!
Chicken Tortellini Soup
1 lb. Chicken tenderloins
16 oz. frozen cheese tortellini
28 oz. crushed tomatoes
4 chicken bouillon cubes
4 cloves Smoked Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Rosemary oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup diced celery
1 red onion, sliced
Fresh basil
1/2 cup grated Parmiaggno Regianno, for garnish
In a soup pot, heat 1/4 cup of Rosemary Oil over medium-high heat. Once oil is warm, saute red onion. Meanwhile, cut chicken into 1/2 inch chunks. Salt and pepper chicken lightly. Add chicken to soup pot.
Once chicken cubes are just cooked, add 8 cups of water and bouillon cubes. Stir regularly, after 15 minutes add crushed tomatoes, garlic cloves, carrots, and celery. Add fresh or dried basil last.
